Max Stovall was born and raised in Reno, NV where he graduated from Spanish Springs High School in 2007 and the University of Nevada, Reno in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in economics. He went to Mississippi College School of Law, where he received an above full-ride scholarship to attend. Max graduated with honors in 2016, and distinguished himself in his family law class by being offered a teaching assistant position for that class the next semester. During his time at law school, he interned as a law clerk to Judge Fair of the Mississippi Court of Appeals.
