I am from Long Island, New York. Attended University of Miami undergrad class of 1984 and then law school at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law class of 1987. In 1991, I moved to Santa Monica, California and established myself as a contract attorney with a specialty in the entertainment business. Over the past 25 years I have negotiated, drafted and reviewed 1000's of contracts and been involved with many sophisticated transactions. Several years ago I moved from my Century City office to a more humble office in Santa Monica, where I also own and operate a residential real estate brokerage called Ocean Blue Luxury Homes.
