After graduating from Widener University School of Law in 2003, Bianca Sangiovanni-Marchetti served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. O'Brien, who served in Ocean County at the Superior Jersey of New Jersey in 2004.After serving as a clerk, Mrs. Marchetti joined Robert C. Shea & Associates in 2005. During her time at this law firm, she worked as an associate for personal injury and municipal law. The duties of her position included assisting clients as they sought compensation for injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, and motorcycle accidents.For several years, she worked as a public defender in Brick, Lakewood, Manchester, and Point Pleasant townships. By 2006, Mrs. Marchetti was ready to venture out independently, opening a solo law practice.
