Most of the clientele consisted of mom-and-pop shops with less than $150,000 a year in gross sales. As those mom-and-pop shops began to grow, their liabilities also began to grow. As their liabilities began to grow, our firm began to grow. Suddenly, the issues were no longer mom-and-pop issues but rather became far more complex over time.Miletti Law developed and grew in response to industry demand. There were just too many gray areas that white shoe, ivy league law firms did not want to get into. Law firms were not interested in small cases, unique opinion cases, research-only tasks, and other small-time transitive matters. Everyone looked for that one big case or that one big client.
