The firm, Oguntoye & Oguntoye, was first established in 1949 by the late Chief David Ojo Abiodun Oguntoye of the Middle Temple and Nigerian Bar - the Legiri of Imesi-Ile. He established the firm with his wife, the Honourable Justice Dulcie Ethel Adunola Oguntoye, OFR (Rtd.) also of the Middle Temple and the Nigerian Bar.
