The Welton Law Firm was started at the prompting of Gill Powell, Don Welton, and most importantly, the leading of the Holy Spirit. As founder of The Welton Law Firm, LLC., Mark Welton began practicing law in 1993 after graduating from Regent University's School of Law. He started with the purpose of never advertising but taking the position that the Lord would send the clients He wanted Mark to represent. In fact, one client let the office know that she had called to set up an appointment because she had seen a "billboard" and called the number. She was surprised to hear there was no billboard.
