Andie Kramer is Founding Member of ASKramer Law LLC. She established the firm in 2023, previously serving as a partner at two other Chicago law firms, McDermott Will & Emery and Ungaretti & Harris.

Andie is recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 for her work on financial products taxation. Andie combines in-depth subject knowledge with real-world experience to provide clients with integrated counsel spanning regulatory, governance, commercial, and tax matters.

Andie provides clients with practical, effective counsel on a range of engagements in the traditional and emerging finance and energy sectors. She advises specifically on the taxation, regulation, and corporate policies and procedures for establishment and management of trading environments, and physical and derivatives transactions. Andie is a member of the Illinois Bar.
