Karen uses a practical, results-oriented approach. She has run her own businesses and understands that issues may be quite complex and that approaches may vary widely. Creative thinking is among her skills. Importantly, Karen has considerable experience on both sides of the docket (plaintiff and defendant) in federal, state and county courts. She has had cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, all U.S. Districts in Texas, and all levels of Texas state and county courts at law.
