In January of 1948, Ward Reynoldson joined the law practice with Bob Killmar in Osceola, IA. By that time, Bob Killmar had practiced law in Osceola for 30 years. Both Ward and Bob were trial lawyers. ? Ward's wife, Jan Reynoldson joined Ward and Jim Brown in the law practice in 1965. ? Larry Van Werden joined the firm in 1966 and retired in 2017. ? Ward practiced law at the firm until 1971 when he was appointed as Justice on the Iowa Supreme Court. He went on to serve as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, retiring from the Court in 1987 and serving "Of Counsel" back at the firm. ? Other attorneys have also practiced law at the firm over the years, including, Gary Kimes, John Lloyd, and Elisabeth Reynoldson. Jim Brown, Gary Kimes, John Lloyd, and Elisabeth Reynoldson all became district court judges. Ed Harvey, Paul Wieck, Shauna Shields, Lisa Jeanes, and Megan Tooker also practiced in the law firm. ? Included in these are Kay Chaney and Janet Robins who served the firm and its clients for decades. ?
