Born in Fresno, California, and raised in both Fresno, California, and Lagos, Nigeria, Mr. Ajayi was encouraged by his parents to hold himself to high standards, pursue his goals with determination and passion, and to always strive for excellence in all of his endeavors. Mr. Ajayi attended California State University, Fullerton for his undergraduate studies where he earned his bachelor's degree in musical theater. After graduating, Mr. Ajayi was hired as a file clerk in a workers' compensation defense firm. He then worked his way up the ranks; obtained his paralegal certification from Fullerton City College; became a hearing representative with the firm; and obtained his Official Medical Fee Schedule bill review certification from WorkComp Central.
