I founded VJ Law Firm in Fall 2010 with a simple vision: Provide fast, affordable legal services to individuals, families and small-businesses in the Seattle Eastside. Over the past five years, I have been fortunate to have assisted hundreds of clients, business formation, estate planning, real estate and litigation.I earned my J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and have a certificate in paralegal studies from University of Washington​. I am admitted into Washington state and Federal district courts, and am currently on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association solo and small practice section. I have also served as Chair of the Business Law and Solo/Small Firm sections of the King County Bar Association and as board director in South Asian Bar Association of Washington. I am also an active member of diversity groups such as Washington Women Lawyers, Mother Attorneys of Seattle, Washington Young Lawyers and South Asian Bar Association of Washington. I also serve as ambassador to the Sammamish and Issaquah Chambers of Commerce and member of thinkRedmond.I am originally from India and now live in Sammamish with my husband and two kids. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and hiking.
