Mr. Owens is a former partner in the "AV" rated firm of Murphy & Desmond, S.C. located in Madison, Wisconsin where his practice included representing major corporations in civil litigation. In the early 1990s he formed a firm focusing on civil litigation representing individuals and focusing on small businesses. Currently, Mr. Owens' law firm operates a boutique law practice in consortium with a group of independent solo practitioners. His practice focuses on casualty loss insurance cases, white collar criminal litigation and complex divorce matters.
