Former Assistant State's Attorney, Sandy Steeves, grew up in Catonsville, Maryland and graduated from Catonsville High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina and returned home after college to attend law school at the University of Baltimore.After law school, Sandy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mickey J. Norman on the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. This gave him valuable experience and the opportunity to participate in the most serious trials that involved criminal cases, personal injury and negligence actions, as well as all types of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support and complex asset division cases.
