Our practice combines strong academic training and more than 30 years of practice, including 15 years representing the United States Government in tax matters. We use these tools to advise my clients, to help them understand their rights under the tax laws, and to represent clients in tax controversies with Federal, State, and Local tax authorities.
Thomas R. Lamons, Esq. has been practicing law since 1983, and has been representing and advising clients in Southern California since 1998. He represents clients in administrative proceedings and litigation and tax investigations involving the IRS, EDD, FTB, and CDTFA, as well as County and City tax authorities. We are experienced in representing and advising clients (both residing inside and outside of the United States) concerning complex tax issues, and relating to international tax matters. We also consult with and assist clients concerning business formations, acquisitions, mergers, and other business transactions and concerning estate planning.
