I am Madelyn Daley, a criminal defense attorney. I grew up in Southern Illinois and have made my life and career here. I joined my father, Tom Daley, in private practice in 2000 to fight on behalf of the accused in St. Clair County and Southern Illinois. I am proud to carry on his tradition of providing strategic, results-driven representation to people whose legal needs are at their greatest.Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping people in our communities when they need a lawyer to protect their rights. Criminal defense is the only type of law I have practiced. Today I have two associates who have joined me in the fight to defend client's rights. Together we have a history of obtaining favorable plea negotiations for our clients in southern Illinois. Sometimes cases cannot be settled and we are not afraid to take your case to jury trial when needed.
