Fresh Start Family Law is a name that combines the exclusive field of law we practice combined with our intentions as to what our services can do for you. We took great care in choosing a name for our firm. We wanted it to reflect our unique approach. Having practiced only family law for approximately 30 combined years, we joined forces as attorneys to create something new, exciting, and dynamic. The law is not set in stone; in fact, changes occur every day. We are a firm devoted entirely to family law matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, the division and distribution of marital property and debt, separation agreements, post-separation support, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, adoption, and domestic violence. Narrowing our field of representation to family law exclusively affords us the ability to stay abreast of new developments and provide our clients with the most informed, up-to-date representation possible. Our philosophy is that the best way to grow a business is to do what is right for each individual client.
