About Daniel Smith
Daniel H. Smith is the owner and manager of Daniel H. Smith, PLLC and focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, transactional and business representation, real estate matters and taxation. Prior to the launch of his own practice, Daniel worked for several years as a tax attorney at an established Little Rock law firm.
Daniel was born and raised in the Little Rock area and graduated from Catholic High School in 2002. Daniel attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting in 2006. After returning home to Little Rock for law school, Daniel received a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2009. The following year Daniel earned his Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Arkansas.
While not practicing law, Daniel enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with friends and family.
