FOR OVER 24 YEARS Attorney Layne has been a duly licensed practicing attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
He has practiced before the District, Superior, Federal, Land, Housing and Probate and Family Court. Along with appearing before numerous administrative boards such as Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and select city and town boards, and various state licensing boards.
Attorney Layne has extensive experience in real estate transactions. He has a background as both a criminal and civil trial attorney along with international transactional business experience. Attorney Layne spends a great deal of his time mainly in real estate contractual negotiation. He is a gifted and fearless problem solver and promotes aggressive advocacy and has modeled his representation by fighting vigorously for his clients. He prides himself on his seasoned negotiation skills but never disregards the fact that each and every case should always be ready for trial.
Attorney Layne's perseverance was exemplified back in Summer 2009 when both him and his wife competed against 15,000 team applicants and were one of only 12 teams cast and participated on CBS Award Winning Reality Television program the Amazing Race 15.
