After serving for five years in the New Jersey Division of Law, Bill established the firm on July 5, 2000 as a sole proprietorship under the name William P. Flahive, Attorney at Law. On May 13, 2005 it began operating as the Law Office of William P. Flahive, L.L.C. The firm has been based in the Diamond Silver Office Complex in Lambertville, NJ since its inception. Office Manager Melissa Raics joined the team in 2003. John Mueller joined the firm in January of 2019. John started his practice at one of the leading Philadelphia law firms and later served as partner in a boutique litigation firm in New Jersey. John and Bill became law partners in November of 2019 and renamed the firm Flahive Mueller, Attorneys at Law, L.L.C.
