Tom Crowley has 30 years of litigation experience. In 1976, he graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai'i. He has served as a Deputy Public Defender, Counsel to the United States Senate Select Committee of Intelligence in Washington, D.C., a partner in the Honolulu law firm Cades Schutte, a solo practitioner, and curently, as partner in the law firm of Rezents & Crowley, which concentrates on divorce law.

Tom is the author of the widely-respected book: SETTLE IT OUT OF COURT: How to Resolve Business and Personal Disputes Through Mediation, Arbitration, and Negotiation (John Wiley & Sons, 1994). He is the founder of ADR Hawai'i, Inc., and has successfully mediated or arbitrated hundreds upon hundreds of cases.
