In 2011, Diane received the 2011 Los Angeles Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Program Outstanding Volunteer-Family law award for her work as a volunteer mediator for the family law courts. Diane also received the 2004 Difference Maker award from the American Bar Association, Solo and Small firm section. Diane's practice focuses on family law, including mediation, dissolution, paternity, adoption and guardianship matters. Diane has handled many complex parentage issues including acting as co-counsel in a California Supreme Court decision regarding the rights of lesbian parents. Diane is the author of the parentage chapter in Practice Under the CA Family Code.
