Experience

Poliquin & DeGrave is comprised of lawyers with experience obtaining successful outcomes by way of jury trial, court trial, administrative hearings, arbitration, dispositive motions, and appeal. Together Mr. Poliquin and Mr. DeGrave have nearly 200 jury trials and are often brought in at the last minute to try major injury and wrongful death cases. The partners are members and have been officers in the nation's most prestigious trial lawyer organizations, including The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), The International Society of Barristers (ISOB) and The Litigation Counsel of America. Their combined 80 years of trial experience is strengthened by a team of talented associates and a dedicated staff.
Leadership

Both Mr. Poliquin and Mr. DeGrave have served as President of the Orange County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. They have both served on the National Board of Directors for ABOTA. Mr. DeGrave is a past president of CAL-ABOTA and a Trustee and Vice President of the National Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
