Flood, Sheehan & Tobin, PLLC, was founded in 2004 by Ann Meissner Flood, Virginia Symmes Sheehan, and Laura E. Tobin, together with Marcia Hennelly Moran, who joined the firm "of counsel."

Prior to establishing Flood, Sheehan & Tobin, PLLC, all four attorneys were directors in the Trusts and Estates Department at Orr & Reno, PA, one of Concord, New Hampshire's oldest and largest law firms. Each of our attorneys has many years of experience practicing estate and trust law. The firm and all of its attorneys have AV ratings, the highest possible, from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
