In 1991, Sam Huff and Diane Woods established Huff and Woods, P.C. In 1997, Jeff Hamby associated his firm (Jeffrey D. Hamby, P.C.) and the firm became Huff, Woods and Hamby (an association of professional corporations). The Honorable Jeffrey Hamby left the firm in January 2013, when he became a Cobb County Juvenile Court judge. That same month, attorney Stephanie L. Steele was named partner and the firm is now Huff, Woods and Steele (an association of professional corporations).
