Cary, who is licensed in both New York and New Jersey, joined the firm in 1994 and has been following the firm's legacy as a tough, but fair practitioner. The law firm of Heitner & Breitstein was established in 1983 and the firm name has been continued by Cary Sternback as a tribute to Herb and Norm.
