Mawn and Mawn, P.C. was established over 60 years ago by brothers, James Mawn and Thomas Mawn, Jr . James Mawn brought to the firm many years of practice in real estate law. Thomas Mawn, Jr. brought tax expertise, after many years working for the Internal Revenue Service. Since its founding, the firm has expanded the areas of expertise to include commercial real estate, commercial financing and conveyancing, residential development, land use, bank compliance, estate planning and administration and elder law.
