The founder of our firm, Ray M. Toma has spent his entire professional life in the real estate and construction industries. He has worked as a project engineer for the Barton Malow Co., one of the largest construction contractors and project managers in North America. Later, he worked as a civil engineer at BEI Associates in Detroit. In addition to being an experienced lawyer, Ray is a licensed residential builder and regularly buys, sells and develops real estate.
We also have a strong and supportive legal staff who will be there to assist. While our firm continues to grow, we will continue to provide the personalized representation we are known for providing.
