Our firm is cost effective for our clients because we use a team approach in which simple work is performed by the least expensive member of the firm, more complicated work is performed by more experienced attorneys. We establish a close interpersonal relationship with our clients. We know them, we know their business, and we feel their pain when it comes to the cost of litigation. We focus on the end result and do not rely on a business-as-usual approach. We expect our clients to be clients for life, so we treat them fairly knowing that they will return to us year after year with new and different problems and concerns. We do not believe that clients should be treated as a one-time-only source of revenue for attorneys and reject the notion that clients should be consumed by their own lawyers and discarded at the end of the lawsuit.
In order to be cost effective, a law firm must be experienced. It makes no sense to reinvent the wheel for each new client. We limit our law firm to the business and real estate areas. Our attorneys have practiced with other law firms prior to this firm and that experience allows them to make good decisions for our clients. Our law firm has been in the Escondido community for over 20 years. We will take care of our clients now and we will be here in the future.
