Mr. Ream has practiced law in Palo Alto, California since 1971, and has a broad range of experience in pursuing opportunities, negotiating and closing transactions, and resolving problems encountered by businesses and investors.
He has represented many corporations, partnerships and other forms of business enterprises, as well as the investors in such businesses. He has particular expertise in representing venture capitalists investing in start-ups and emerging growth companies.
