Awad & Awad LLP was established in the summer of 1999 by two brothers, Amgad and Akram Awad. The firm initially started in Century City, California and later moved to downtown Los Angeles to meet the needs of its growing client-base and expanded staff as the firm hired several associates to assist with its burgeoning workload. Following the untimely death of Amgad Awad, Akram moved the firm to his hometown of Glendale, but the firm continues to serve clients in both Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Drawing upon Akram's experiences as an attorney, with extensive trial and appellate litigation experience, as a mediator, who has successfully mediated hundreds of lawsuits, as a real estate broker and as a businessman, Awad & Awad LLP provides sound legal advice to its clients in many areas of the law, including:
