Our team of attorneys has experience in the areas of estate planning, small business succession planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, guardianship, elder law, and gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax planning. We also assist our clients with disputes regarding the administration of estates, trusts and guardianships, through settlement, mediation and if necessary, litigation. Two of our four founders, David Barradale and Maureen Dwyer, retired in 2018. Colleen O'Connell and Pamela Newkirk continue the firm's commitment to our clients with the assistance of Attorneys Laura Tetrault and Tara Richard.
