West Law Offices, P.C. was formed in 1998 by James West, a lawyer licensed in North Carolina and the District of Columbia, for the purpose of providing legal services to individuals and businesses throughout North Carolina. We assist clients with transactions, wealth planning and estate matters, litigation, and regulatory matters. The firm represents clients before trial and appellate courts, agencies, and North Carolina's legislature. The firm's primary office is located in downtown Raleigh in order to provide convenient access to these government entities.
