An "AV" rated law firm, Seiden, Alder, McLeod & Goodman, P.A. was founded in 1998, as a full-service litigation firm, by Andrew Seiden and other attorneys, formerly practicing with a major insurance defense firm in Florida. Since its inception, our firm's philosophy has always centered around a belief that every case can be won. We recognize, however, that certain factors at many times necessitate that a more certain resolution, through negotiation or mediation, be pursued. Regardless of the particular strategy we undertake, we approach each case in partnership with our clients, and also with the insurance companies, if appropriate, for whom the handling and resolution of these matters are critical.
