Wilmington, DE ? After more than sixty years of serving local, national and international clients, Wilmington law firm, Rosenthal, Monhait & Goddess, P.A., will be closing at the end of 2019. The firm became best known for its expertise in corporate litigation and contributions to the development of the Delaware General Corporation Law, while also maintaining bankruptcy, general litigation and real estate practices, advocating civil rights claims, and representing people unable to afford counsel.
