Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion LLC (RSSC LLC) is a litigation firm that represents clients in civil litigation matters. The firm's partners represent over three hundred years of litigation experience. We are a full service law firm handling litigation matters from conventional civil litigation to complex international products liability claims for our clients. The attorneys at RSSC developed their litigation skills in the court room, in depositions, and through mentoring by seasoned trial lawyers. RSSC attorneys are in the court every day and our lawyers are well known as being highly trained and successful litigators.

RSSC, a St. Louis based litigation firm, was established in July of 2000 and grew to 22 lawyers. The original attorneys previously had practiced together in a large St. Louis law firm. On January 1, 2017 the firm added six very experienced lawyers based in Edwardsville, Illinois, who prior to that time practiced with a highly respected Madison County, Illinois law firm with roots going back to 1930.

Our practice is focused on defense of civil litigation in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, premises liability, construction defects, retail & restaurant litigation, transportation litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and insurance fraud, employment law, and workers compensation. Through our St. Louis and Edwardsville offices, we practice in the State and Federal Court in Missouri and Illinois. We also have a national/international practice group for clients with out-of-state needs.

Our clients include insurance carriers, self-insured companies, third party administrators (TPAs), hospitals and physicians' practice groups, lawyers and other professionals, department stores, retailers, grocers, restaurants, manufacturers, trucking companies, contractors, government agencies, municipalities, the State of Missouri, school districts, airports, small businesses and individuals.

Our Approach
A partner leads each team and each case is staffed according to its needs. Smaller cases will usually be handled by one partner with the assistance of one associate. More complex litigation will be assigned the level of expertise that the case demands. We have years of experience with large and complicated litigation and the staff to handle it. Whether your case requires one attorney or a dozen attorneys, there will always be one person leading the team who will keep the client informed and be responsible for the litigation moving forward.
