Iacullo has been a member of the New Jersey Federal Bar since 1988. He began his career in civil litigation and has served as an assistant prosecutor in Bergen County and thereafter formed the nucleus of the present firm. He continues his practice in criminal litigation and has been recognized as a certified criminal trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Attorney Iacullo was named to New Jersey Super Lawyers list in 2005-2006 and 2009-2016 and is active in the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Essex County Bar Association Criminal Bench-Bar Committee and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
