We also represent Purchasers and Sellers of metro NYC/NJ residential and commercial real estate, from negotiation of contract of sale through closing.
The Firm was established in 2003 to provide individual and corporate clients with sophisticated and cost-effective legal counsel. We listen to each client and provide individualized counsel and zealous advocacy focussed on achieving client objectives. Marc Howard Supcoff, Esq. obtained a J.D. degree from The University of Pennsylvania Law School and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. Marc started his legal career as a commercial litigation associate at the Wall Street firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexender & Ferdon and also practiced at a mid-size and boutique construction law firm before starting his own law firm. Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of The American Bar Association.
Mr. Supcoff is passionate about legal writing. During law school, Marc was a Law Review Editor and a Legal Writing Instructor. Since 2018, Mr. Supcoff has been an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University Law School where he teaches Legal Research and Writing to internationally trained lawyers pursuing an LLM degree in New York City. .
