Scott Sorensen-Jolink met Herbert Trubo while creating the Divorce Clinic, a public interest law firm that provided low-cost family law services, which they ran from 1977 until 1984. They went on to open their firm Sorensen-Jolink Trubo LLP, which is still active today. Although Herb has retired from active practice of law he continues to work as a mediator from time to time. In that time the firm has a reputation for excellence and efficiency.

Scott continues to represent clients and offer mediation and arbitration services, as well as reference judging and consulting services in Family Law cases.

The resources Scott has used in our 30+ years of trial and mediation practice are available to his clients for appraisal, analysis and support purposes. He is known for being practical, positive and proactive in resolving conflicts for all parties. Scott is available for both settlement conference mediation with attorney participation, as well as traditional mediation without counsel.

Scott's depth of exposure to the cases in the Family Law field from his 30+ years of experience strengthens him as a mediator and in all other facets of his work.

Herbert Trubo
Herb assisted in founding the Family Mediation Center in the early 1980s and the public interest law firm The Divorce Law Center. He served on the Oregon Family Law Legal Services Commission. Herb has been a presenter at numerous continuing education programs concerning mediation and other family law issues.

Herb is available to clients on a limited basis and solely as a mediator.
