At Cloutier, Conley & Duffett PA, our roots go deep. Most of our attorneys were born and raised in the Portland, Maine, area. In fact, six of our lawyers went to the same local high school. We know what is important to people in our community, and we keep those goals at the forefront when handling cases.

James Cloutier served as a Portland City Councilor and as the Mayor of Portland, and currently serves as a Cumberland County Commissioner. Jerry Conley served eight years in the state legislature representing Portland, including four years as a state senator. Neale Duffett is a recognized leader amongst area criminal defense attorneys and is tremendously active within the legal community. Andrew Cloutier, Mark Cloutier and Amber Collins give back by volunteering significant time with local community groups. Thomas Cloutier served in the Peace Corps.
