Welcome to Arthur A. Lemann III

The law firm was established in 1979 after its founding member, Arthur A. Lemann III, left academia as a law professor in order to devote full time to the private practice of law. First operating as a sole practitioner, the firm evolved into a partnership and eventually into its present corporate form. In 1994, Arthur A. Lemann IV, son of the founding member, joined the law firm where father and son practiced together as a team for nearly thirty years. In December, 2023, Buddy departed to try his cases in the Great Courtroom in the Sky.
The firm's concentration is in the field of criminal defense and white collar defense in both state and federal courts, complicated civil RICO cases, securities fraud, bank fraud, commercial litigation, environmental claims and plaintiff personal injury cases.
