Our Team
Michael E. Collins (Of Counsel)
Michael was born in Garden City, Kansas. He was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1972. Michael is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas. Michael graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA in 1968 and then went on to study law, graduating with his JD from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1971. Michael then served in the U.S. Navy for three years before returning to practice in Garden City.

Michael is a member of the Finney County, Southwest Kansas, Kansas and American Bar Associations.

Michael K. Ramsey (Of Counsel)
Michael was born in Garden City, Kansas. He was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1980. Michael graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in 1974, and then from the University of Arizona, graduating with a MS in 1976. Michael then studied law at the University of Kansas School of Law, graduating with a JD in 1980. Michael is the co-author of "Kansas Water Rights: Changes and Transfers," published in the Journal of the Kansas Bar Association (July, 1988).

Michael is a member of the Finney County and Kansas Bar Associations.
