The law firm of Cummings & Cummings, L.L.C. began with a commitment to provide families and individuals throughout Sedgwick County and the south-central Kansas area with effective and affordable legal services. Today, William Cummings continues this mission and serves criminal defense clients with more than 40 years of combined trial attorney experience. William Francis Cummings received his Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, after earning a Bachelor of Arts from Wichita State University. Mr. Cummings splits his practice between criminal defense and civil litigation, including personal injury cases. He is admitted to practice in all Kansas courts and before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
