Brian L. Bina was born at Marion, Kansas and grew up on a farm between Marion and Pilsen, Kansas. He graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business-Accountancy Major and a minor in Political Science, and from Washburn University School of Law in 2011. Brian was admitted to the Kansas, State and Federal Bars in 2011. He is married to Lindsay Bina.
