For clients seeking General Counsel services on an as needed basis, we charge a competitive hourly rate. Prior to commencing work, we provide clients with conservative and realistic fee and cost estimates to permit meaningful planning, strategizing and budgeting.
Flat Fees
We offer flat rates for certain well-defined services or projects. Clients appreciate knowing the total cost for legal fees, and we attorneys are freed from tracking our time and charging clients for phone calls and emails.
Retainer
Many business owners prefer to pay us a set annual or monthly fee in exchange for our services. We act as General Counsel for the companies, and there are no separate charges for telephone calls, emails, or other routine tasks.
