Hagan, Coury & Associates, founded in 1981 by Samuel L. Hagan, a real estate attorney, expanded its practice to include business and commercial litigation when William J. Coury became a named partner in the 1980s. Over the years, they have built a reputation for excellence in the practice of business and commercial litigation, real estate matters, including representation of landlords and management companies in all phases of their operations. Jonathan A. Fuchs, also with the firm from its inception, is general counsel, Icelandair North America.
