The law firm of Marrone, Robinson, Frederick & Foster was formed on February 1, 1986, as the result of an evolutionary process.
The law firm of Coyle & Dunford was formed in the mid 1960s and has evolved through the years. The law firm hired Phillip Marrone, Jay Robinson, and J. Alan Frederick as law clerks, and each of them continued as associates after passing the Bar. Thomas Foster was added as an associate attorney in January 1977. J. Alan Frederick and Thomas Foster are our current "partners." Mr. Marrone is now retired.
Marrone, Robinson, Frederick & Foster is a civil litigation law firm with an emphasis on insurance defense, insurance coverage and personal injury, with occasional efforts in transactional law. This firm handles cases from inception, through all appeals, and handles cases in many different areas of law, including general liability, errors and omissions, medical malpractice, products liability, construction defect, premises liability, insurance coverage, and professional liability.
