Within a few years, Mr. Kwok formed Robert Kwok & Associates, LLP with one paralegal and 300sf of office space. After a series of expansions, the Firm has grown to 14 lawyers and over 24 employees.

In 2011, Mr. Kwok & Mr. Daniel formed Kwok Daniel, Ltd., LLP and expanded the firm's operations statewide and nationally. Over the years, the Firm's cases have been featured by the Associated Press, nearly all national news agencies and national, state and local newspapers. Mr. Kwok enjoys a strong relationship with the press, based on credibility and integrity earned over 25 years of handling high profile newsworthy cases. Says Mr. Kwok ? Mr. Kwok speaks fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese, and is studying Cantonese, Vietnamese and Spanish. Mr. Kwok serves and leads Houston's Asian Community, as a past president of the Asian American Bar Association, and former board member. Mr. Kwok actively supports Asian candidates for public office, and is a former judge and sponsor of Houston's Miss Chinatown Scholarship Pageant.
