Wray and Associates, owned and managed by Russel W. Wray, is the continuation of a construction law practice founded in 1965 by W.P. Wray, Jr. (deceased in 2017.) Wray & Associates continues to practice in the fields of construction law, construction dispute resolution and civil litigation throughout Louisiana.

In October 2012, we relocated our office to St. Francisville, Louisiana, a small historic community just north of downtown Baton Rouge. Wray & Associates continues to serve the construction industry, businesses, and individuals in the practice of law, throughout Louisiana.

We Resolve Construction Disputes
We have the knowledge and experience to resolve construction disputes at any stage. We can be called in early to assist with negotiations of claims or change orders while the project is still ongoing, or after project completion to defend or prosecute claims of all kinds.

We can handle construction matters no matter how large or complex - wherever in Louisiana they may be found. We maintain long-standing relationships in a wide range of fields including civil engineering, scheduling, computer forensics and forensic accounting, to name a few. We maintain relationships with other law firms throughout the state as local counsel so that we can represent you wherever we must be to handle your case or controversy. We travel statewide to represent our clients in court or in alternative dispute resolution proceedings in all Louisiana venues.
