The Founders of FOS
In 1962, new lawyer William Fitzhugh Fox opened a general practice business law firm. He was soon joined by the late Bruce C. O?Neill and Thomas P. Shannon, forming the original ?FOS? of Fox, O?Neill & Shannon.

Almost sixty years later, FOS maintains a roster of the highest qualified attorneys drawn from the ranks of Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals law clerks, prominent CPA accounting firms, and Milwaukee?s District Attorney office. FOS alumni include Milwaukee County Circuit Court judges, including its former Chief Judge.
