Business Outlook

Pros

Excellent training. They offer a lot of opportunity to learn new things and develop your skill set and continuous growth. Remarkable employees who perform well are compensated with substantial year-end bonuses.

Cons

Management will not allow the staff to work remotely more than 1 day a week, and there's no exceptions for ANY flexibility. There's a micromanaging leadership style that is too rigid and feels suffocating.
